For the Scripture says, ‘Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.’ For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him.

– Romans 10:11-12

Everyone who believes in Christ will be saved, and no one who trusts in Him will ever be put to shame. The gospel demolishes every wall that separates humanity. In a world filled with divisions, Paul proclaims that there is only one Lord who reigns over all, and He offers the same grace to all who call upon Him. The riches of His mercy do not depend on one’s background or worthiness, for all stand equally in need of redemption, and all may equally receive it.

Every person you encounter, regardless of their story, status, or sin, stands within the reach of God’s saving grace. To share the gospel, then, is to join in God’s global invitation, extending His mercy without prejudice or favouritism. It reminds us that the church is not a club of the worthy, but a family of the redeemed. The same Lord who saved us desires to pour His riches upon those who have not yet called on His name. Let this truth stir us to go beyond our comfort zones and proclaim the same Lord to all.

Prayer

Lord of all, thank You that Your grace knows no boundaries. Give me Your heart for every person, that I might see them not as strangers but as souls You long to save. Amen.

Meditation

Who in my life might feel excluded from God’s grace, and how can I help them see that Christ is Lord for them too?
